TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?
We have a large assortment of products stocked overseas, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once! It only means they are on the way 🙂
Is it Safe to Receive a Package Shipped From China?
According to Dr. Amesh A. Adalja, Senior Scholar, Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, there’s no way that coronavirus could infect a package and no reason to worry.
“The temperature of the air surrounding the packages and projects during shipping is not considered conducive to viral viability,” he said.
“In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures,” the CDC’s FAQ page says.
“Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of 2019-nCoV associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of 2019-nCoV in the United States associated with imported goods,” the CDC writes.

What About Taxes and Duties?
The prices displayed on PluffyWorld are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
We ship some orders internationally from our logistics centres in Singapore and Hong-Kong, therefore you might be responsible for Customs Import Duties and/or VAT.
